Acrylic
Acrylic is usually available in the market under some brand names, such as Perspex or Lucite. This is a kind of plastic, made of one or more derivatives of acrylic acid. The most common acrylic plastic is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA).
Acrylic is mostly made in sheets of different sizes. The sheets are highly transparent, tough materials which are resistant to weather condition and UV light. Acrylic comes with excellent clarity and is at least 10 times harder than glass. This material could be easily cut, molded, drilled, colored and shaped, using its thermoform properties.
The wide variation of application of acrylic in industries allow the panels and sheets to replace glass, and to be used In automotive, airplane, shop signs, and other outdoor or indoor applications.
MDF
Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is a composite material of high quality. It is made from recycled wood such as hardwood or softwood residuals. The wood chips are processed into fibers using Defibrator machines. Mixing it with wax and a resin binder, along with application of high temperature and pressure, dense sheet of MDF is produced which is generally denser than plywood. MDF is generally made up of 82% wood fiber, 9% urea-formaldehyde resin glue, 8% water, and 1% paraffin wax.
Solid Wood
Solid Wood is a natural product obtained by logging fully grown and matured trees. In the other word, the piece is made from actual lumber, and not strands or fibers of wood (which is usually called “engineered” wood). Hence it exhibits high durability and longevity and survives for decades and generations, making it well worth the investment. Again, since every piece is made from a piece of lumber, each piece has its own unique features. Even the color might be different- wood that’s closer to the center of the tree will be darker. Solid wood furniture is easy to maintain. Dust it whenever you do your regular cleaning and wipe it down with a wood cleaner to maintain the shine of the piece. Even, it’s easier to repair a small dent or ding in a solid wood furniture, its surface can be sanded down and refinished several times.
Expanded PVC

Aluminum Composite

HDPE
